plague doctor md: I've found the problem. There's a sword in your kidney stones. And you have kidney stones!

plague doctor md: I can either pull it out surgically, or let you pass it the olde fashioned way...

Patient: Surgery!

plague doctor md: All done! Now that wasn't so bad, was it?

As the Doctor pulls the sword out of the kidney stone, a banner drops from the ceiling that reads "KIDNEY KING", as well as confetti
