Skull: You're a necromancer, aren't ya? Just turn my bones in to a weapon!

Skull: I ain't using 'em.

Skull: Nice!

haggans: Wait! You had a sword this whole time?

Skull: Ke ke ke! Couldn't let you ditch me!

Technically he just put a portion of his own soul in to that skull, so its just advanced ventriloquism.
